Problems conceiving after cervical biopsies?

About a year ago I had a colposcopy and needed to have some cervical biopsies taken. Now I have to have another colposcopy done next month. I'm worried about having more cervical tissue biopsied. Did anyone have trouble conceiving after cervical biopsies? (I did not have cryo or LEEP, just biopsies, should I be worried about TTC?)

I've had lots of colposcopies, several biopsies, and LEEP.  I had no trouble conceiving.  My first colposcopy was done when I was four months pregnant with my first child.  I went on to have two more kids after that.  So it shouldn't cause any trouble for you.  Talk to your doctor about it if you're concerned.  Good luck!

I only had one biopsy, but I had no trouble conceiving.  I heard that it can lower the ability to conceive, but I'm not sure how much.  I would definitely ask your doctor when you go in next time.

I had to get tons of tissue removed when I was younger.  I was also raped and a lot of damage was done to my reproduction organs.  The doctors all told me that I would have a really hard time actually conceiving and if I did that I would never carry to full term and I would never have a natural childbirth.  

Well, I have 3 children now.  The first I delivered at 40 weeks and 3 days.  The second was delivered at 41 weeks and 2 days. The third was born at 42 weeks. And all of them natural births.  

I believe anything is possible and doctors don't know everything.  I have seen doctors tell people that they will die within 2 months and still be very much alive and doing well 10 years later.  Doctors are only human and even though they have all of that knowlegde, they can still be wrong.

I wouldn't worry to much.  The more you end up worrying about TTC, the harder it will become.  I have had no problem trying to conceive even with all of my body problems.
