  1. Songs are pretty much a good way to teach the language. But which song you select is very imporatnt. Select something that is pleasing and has good meaning.


  2. Here are some problems that I can think of:

    - songs with weird surreal lyrics (students might find them confusing, and you might not be able to explain)

    - songs with profanity or offensive lyrics

    - songs with lots of la-la-la (again, might be confusing)

    - songs with too many words

    - noisy songs

    - extremely fast songs

    - songs in a style of music that students don't enjoy
