Problems of the height?

am i qualified for flying a jet at the height of 5"5 inch

Yikes. I'm 6'3", you'd take my head off flying that low. hahahahahaha. Seriously, you are not too short if that's your question.

Provided you can comfortably reach the rudder pedals, and the seat adjusts enough you can see over the panel.

It really depends on what type of "jet" you wish to fly.  Military ejection seat aircraft have more limitations than commercial aircraft.
