This is my 2cnd Email -Sunday I entered your 150 seat tournament for the WSOP within 3 hands the cards started to come in one turned up one down then they started to stop for a few seconds in mid-air as if someone had thrown the deck in the air then I would get the cards sometimes face down a little later my fold bet buttons were unresponsive at first I thought it could be a computer -software problem . The first break I disconnected and checked my internet connections and registry,everything checked out OK, went back to your site for a couple hands I got cards then they started coming in face down again within a few hands when it was my turn to act the table went white and the bet/ fold buttons disappeared. making it impossible for me to play. after several reconnect attempts with similiar results,I was forced to give up and I went to Poker Stars site to double check the problem I got to the tables every thing was Fine. No computer problem no graphic problems no internet disturbance To double check this problem even further, later in the evening I went back to your Full Tilt site and played a couple FPP tournaments everything was perfectly normal this time. The only conclusion left was somehow someone or something whether one of your own or from outside was hacking to manipulate the tournament. I am as you might guess very aggravated with the situation,what happened is undeniable, I need to be recompensed for the situation, if there is any honesty in your organization and you seriously need to find whoever was responsible, ,as I stated I've been able to rule out any chance of problem at my end!!
