Problems setting up

I can only get Channel 7 from this TV. Please help me to set up other channels (ie Channel 2, Channel 9, Channel 10, Channel 6, ABC2 and Bris 31. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've had the set since Nov 07 and have not been able to set it up for regular viewing of the commercial channels apart from channel 7.
