Problems taking off rusty Pegs.?

I gotta Next (girly bike) with butterflys all over it,pink and black..well im removing it all and repainting..im having a problem with both of the fron and back left pegs..i got the right ones fine.they donot require a wrench or so on..they just s***w off.. ANY ONE GOT ANY TRICKS FOR STUBBORN PEGS?!?!

  1. u can get this stuff called liquid wrench at your home depot or rona and you spray it on the rusted area and then you use the tool that you would normally use and it comes off SUPER easy.


  2. In some cases you can spray the WD40 on them and then put your s***w driver on the head of the s***w and hit it with a hammer good and hard a couple of times and see if that works.

  3. saturate the joint (where it screws in ) with WD-40. after you think it's dry, spray it some more...really try to work it into the threads area...let it sit overnight. If you force it, you could end up stripping the threads, then you will need a tap and die set ( to make new threads).

  4. well if you have the ones with the hole you can stick a s***w driver into them soo you can use the s***w driver to help you pull out the pegs. You can also use WD40 too losen up the peg
