ok so on friday i slept kinda late like at 4am and on saturday i woke up at 1:00pm..but the thing is that on saturday night i coulnd't sleep and slept again at like 3,now EVERY night i sleep reallly late.. and i dont know how to fix my "sleeping schedule"...plz give me advice or something that i can do so i go to sleep at like 10pm....PLEASE HELP ME !!!!*its cuz at night,when i cant sleep i get scared :$*And now that school is starting!!..... Plz!!
