Question:

Problems to sleep????[[[plz help me!]?

ok so on friday i slept kinda late like at 4am and on saturday i woke up at 1:00pm..but the thing is that on saturday night i coulnd't sleep and slept again at like 3,now EVERY night i sleep reallly late.. and i dont know how to fix my "sleeping schedule"...plz give me advice or something that i can do so i go to sleep at like 10pm....PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

*its cuz at night,when i cant sleep i get scared :$*And now that school is starting!!..... Plz!!

  1. i had the same problem. i kept sleeping at 2 in the morning during summer break so i set my alarm clock at 6 am so that i'd get sleepy earlier. also i ran around my neighborhood so that helped a lot. the next day i fell asleep at 10 pm and woke up at 5:30 in the morning

  3. What u should do is put on blindfolds or think about some thing until you go to sleep.  You should close the door or maybe turn on some noise thing that makes the same sound like a fan.

    You should also exercise a lot during the day to make you tired.

    AND NO CAFFEINE.
