Problems updating bios

Question

i am trying to find an update for my bios but on the asus website on the downloads page i cant find my motherboard model number. i have checked the motherboard itself and embossed on it is ptgd-la and on my computer it says my motherboard is a puffer2 . i have recently bought a new graphics card ( nvidia 8600gt super) and i have tried to install it and i am having problems . i have been told i need to update my bios and the should resolve any problems i am having. my computer is a hp t3250.uk
