I've been having an extremely loud sound whenever I turn the fan of my Camry on High. I've been able to isolate the sound to a fan sort of thing underneath the passenger side by removing the plastic panel. I'm not sure if this means its a bearing problem in the fan or what, but I'm looking to find out whats going on so I can try to repair it.

There isn't much of a noticeable sound when the fan is below high, but its incredibly loud once you turn on high regardless of a/c or heat.
