Problems with 360,how can i solve bugs?

i`ve got some bugs on my 360 page,i dont recive new comments & msgs & cant delete old ones.how i can solve it?

A recent automatic update that was sent out by Microsoft and automatically downloaded onto your 360 may be what is causing the problem. Call Microsoft and find out if your machine is still under warranty. (They extended their warranty to at least 3 years per machine because of all the problems with their automatic updates.)

They should tell you it's still under warranty, and then they will send you a box to ship it to them in, where they should fix it for free. We just had to do this with our 360 for the second time. Ugh.

You can't fix it. You can only work around it. It's a recent glitch that I think many people are experiencing. You can read my sarcastic blog on the subject here:

You may be able to try some of my old techniques, get some new ideas on how to get to those messages or you will just have to wait out the situation.

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one.
