Problems with 'search mail'?

I've been encountering increasing problems with the 'Search Mail' facility. In the latest, I'm searching for an item and I'm only being given relevant emails from ythe last few months, not back for years (which I urgently need). I do have a v large number of unopened emails but I have paid for the Unlimited Storage facility.

I've been encountering increasing problems with the storage facility in recent months, but this is very urgent as I'd desperate to find some old emails.

This sounds like a technical problem with the feature such as javascript but I would recommend contacting a Yahoo Mail customer service representative.  When you go to the section that says, "Contact Us" click on the section that says, "Requires reply" and explain what is going on to see if they can help you figure out what could be going on.
