Problems with Compaq Presario C733TU Laptop... I bought compaq C733TU laptop and installed XP

Question

I bought compaq C733TU laptop and installed XP professional on it.

There were no drivers available so downloaded from here and there and all of the drivers got installed but when i tried with recording in laptop, there was no recording being done on my machine. I tried other drivers as well but nothing happened.

So finally i installed Windows Vista Business edition on it and that also created problem. Now all the drivers have been installed except on device "webcam". It just shows "web cam-101" in others group in device manager. I am completely fedup with this. Please help. its been 4 days now and i am keep on trying an trying an trying........... :(
