Problems with Sony Ericsson repair centre?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering, did anyone who sent their phone to the official sony Ericsson repair center (UK) experience any problem when they received it back?

This was my problem

I had sent my sony Ericsson for repair (when it was covered under warranty).

The initial problem of the phone not functioning due to corrupted e-rom was fixed but the joystick type thing on it used for navigation was broken and you couldn't move it (i.e. you could navigate)

If anyone out there experienced problems like these, I'd like to know

My friend sent his PSP because the UMD disk slot broke and they couldnt fix it so they told him to pay £50 extra to get a new psp and send that one and he did that and it took 28 days to come

You could have bought a new joystick for your phone and ask a professional to do it for you but i think the sony repair centre will fix it better
