Problems with appetite?

I used to have a healthy appetite. I would have seconds of food, and a snack to go after that.

I also used to be able to eat a whole cheeseburger, or a sandwich, or even some ice cream, but now I can't. I get full too fast.

I'm a healthy weight; 15, 5'4", and 123 pounds. What's wrong?

  1. Have you been stressed out lately? If so, it could be that. It could also just be hormonal changes. I would suggest trying to eat maybe 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of having yourself face 3 larger meals. You may find yourself feeling less full and being able to eat a bit more to replenish what you've missed out on.
