Problems with blank screen in SOS 2004?

I've tried contacting AOP to resolve an issue with SOS 2004 only to find out they don't support anything below 2006...

A customer of mine has installed this software on her computer numerous times and always gets the same results. After she logs in the program only displays a blank screen. I've tried all kinds of combinations of buttons, but no luck so far. I've gone into the add/remove program tool and removed every program I could find that the software said it would install and removed those. I then reinstalled and I'm having the exact same problems.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Which program is the client using?  I've noticed a lot of problems with SOS on Vista, and some of the older ones don't even like XP.
