Problems with ebtm.com?

Question

i ordered a t-shirt from ebtm.com over three weeks ago and it has not been dispatched yet. i emailed them twice asking why it had not been dispatched yet and they did not reply. i tried phoning them and i never got through, i then emailed them again saying i wanted a refund and they did not reply nor give me my money back. does anybody know if theres anything i can do about this?? i just want my money back!

If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company and register a complaint. They will stop payment and investigate. If you don't receive the order you will be credited
