  1. google

  2. Do your own homework.

  3. even if i remembered such sillyness...i wouldnt take the 30 minutes to do your homework. cant blame ya for tryin tho

  4. A.) Combination (aka Synthesis) Mg + O2 > MgO (you're combining the two elements)

    B.) Decomposition FeS > Fe + S (decomposition of a compound)

    C.) Single-replacement Zn + HCl > ZnCl2 + H2 (replacing Hydrogen with Zinc)

    D.) Double-Decomposition CaCl2 + Na2CO3 > CaCO3 + 2NaCl (you need to balance this one) (calcium carbonate is the precipate)

    2.) single replacement is redox, also combination and decompostion. Double decompostion is not.

  5. a)  element1 + element2 <=> the results

    b) the results <=> element1 + element2

    There's a little help.

    Do your own homework; ask your teacher for help if you're having trouble.  Read your class book.

  6. I think you meant combustion:

    CH4 + 2 O2 => CO2 + 2 H2O

    Decomposition:

    N2O4 => 2 NO2

    Single:

    2Fe + 6HCl => 2FeCl3 + 3 H2

    Double:

    HCl + NaOH => NaCl + H2O

    Double replacement generally involve REDOX, some single replacement do.  Combustion reactions and decomposition reactions generally do not.
