Question:

Problems with headaches and fatigue?

I frequently wake up feeling nauseated and tired, no matter how long or how little I have slept the night before. I am frequently tired and tend to need naps during the day. This causes me to have migraines and constant headaches. My mother suggested I take some B12 supplements b/c that's what my aunt and grandmother were told to take when they go through their bouts. So far it has not helped. Are there any suggestions on what I might do to just feel normal? I want to make it through a day where I don't feel like passing out every few hours esp with school starting and the Christmas season coming up at work.

  1. I go through the same thing. The docs tried to say I'm depressed but I don't feel anything like that. I guess that those are leading side affects of depression. Maybe it's because you switched your diet? Or your sleeping hours are mixed up? I wouldn't say it was normal honestly, but I also heard stress can cause those things to, or to much thinking.

  2. i know how you feel, it sucks. i suffer from this every single day as well. my doctor suggested it was either depression or anxiety.. i have a bit of both but what i do is eat healthier, try and get on a regular sleep pattern, have as little stress as possible, take vitamins, and work out a bit. the best thing to do is improve your diet and keep healthy. As for the migraines / headaches.. i usually put a warm wash cloth on my forehead when i'm suffering from one and try to stay away from bright lights or watching things that strain my eyes. you could always ask you doctor for migraine medicine as well. best bet is to see your doctor if it persist after a long period of time.
