Problems with lasting too long for GF in bed?

Question

My girlfriend and i have been together for a while and i am extremely attracted to her, but when we make love I last 45 min+. She end up feeling "raw" and has to finish me off, which often makes her question herself. Is there anything i can do to go faster? I m********e 2-3 times a week when i don't see her. Any advice would be helpful.

if you stop the self service routine it will make this happen sooner for you. She will be much more satisfied as you are no longer building a campfire but making love. You will be fulfilled  much sooner because you are excited more and it will speed up the process . My hubby says a little more time spent before is going to help the process a little more touchy feely etc with out being to graphic.

Try 2-3 times a day, it's recommended.

Plus, you can't think about other things, you have to think about what's happening right then and there, if you're looking around admiring her pink walls, or purple ceiling, than of course you're not going to get the job done fast.

try 4play. it helps... kiss, flirt, touch, give her head. it will make u hard and therefor u will go faster.. make her suck u off a bit before the s*x it will get u started and then u will be able to go in half the time...my boyfriend had the same problem as you and this helped him.

Alba massage oil - it's really wonderful and makes everything more fun.  Slippery, wet, and I can almost guarantee a positive response from her!  I actually prefer this oil over anything else we've tried: doesn't dry too quickly, cleans up well, we can use it all over each other's bodies, and it doesn't have a taste.

Someone suggested using an oil.  If you use condoms, then don't use and oil, use a water-based lubricant.  Oil can weaken the condom and make it break.  On the hand, if you don't do something she's gonna start taking her knitting to bed with her.
