Problems with mozilla firefox 3 and I.E. 7?

Question

it has the text blinking thing like on microsoft word

and when i press the arrow buttons to scroll the page it goes down or up more then i want

wats wrong with it?

i want it to be regular again

and internet explorer doesnt work it goes to the page when ur internet is off wenever i go to a website

but the WLAN is turned offf

oh yeah a im on a guest account on a laptop

Of, the cursor inside the web pages viewed in Firefox because of a feature called "Caret browsing". Caret browsing makes a web page behave like a document and you can use arrow keys to move around and use shift + arrow keys to select text. Press F7 to toggle it ON/OFF.
