Problems with my cousin....?

ok so heres the deal.im a 14 year old girl.my aunts husband has a sixteen year old daughter.she seems pretty nice to me.but...i hear horror stories from my aunt.supposedly she yells a lot and other stuff i wont bother to mention.she plays her dad all the time.she wants to get whatever she wants and she does!she also told me a ton of secrets.she told me stuff like she stole shirts from kohls and shes gotten drunk and other things.she also has these new friends.she says one is a registered s*x offender and that he was trying stuff with her but that she said no.also her best friend just lost her virginity.now she wants to....with the offender!she says so on her myspace.she just moved here from her mom and she found the wrong crowd.how can i help her?im really worried that shes gonna get hurt because she wants to go back to these new friends.i already told my aunt about this stuff but we dont no what to do.these new friends live in these slums and they are punk rock and hoodlum.what canido

Tell her dad that she's hanging with the wrong crowd and if he doesn't do anything,try talking to her about it.
