Problems with my neighbor?

So yeah.. I was at Wal-Mart the other day and I saw my neighbor there. We've never gotten along so i tried to stay out of sight but he eventually saw me in the sporting goods section. Once he did, he snuck up on me with a baseball bat and whacked me across the arm, breaking it. What should I do?

I am hoping that you got security immediately.  Thank goodness for you that it happened in Wal Mart because they have so many security cameras in there and it was all caught right there.  Now at least he will be liable for your medical bills and your loss of wages.  I would also seek legal counsel.  This guy does not seem like a very stable person.  I would get a restraining order against him immediately, I would think that the broken arm would be enough to substantiate that.  Good luck.

hopefully you got security involved,they can pull up the incident on tape and right there they will get the police involved,press charges. i would.

Sue him.  If this is actually true, which I doubt.  He should pay the hospital fees/loss of work at least.

Bad trolling; I see you joined today, you might spend your time better by asking legit questions instead of playing the fool, we have way too many trolls as it is.
