Problems with new TI-84 plus calculator?

Question

I'm trying to put games on my new calculator. When I try i get this message: USB communication error: Insufficent memory [8C08000C]

Since I just got it, not having enough memory doesn't make sense. Am I doing something wrong? If anyone could help, set-by-step instructions would be great.

what does it say at the top?

texas instruments often puts a lot of extra things on the calculator before they are shipped. you may want to try deleting some of the things on there that you won't use.

if that doesn't do anything try going to

2ND -> MEM -> 7: Reset -> All -> 1:All memory...

if THAT doesn't work try reinstalling or upgrading to the 2.43 OS (link in the source section)
