Problems with our group in france?

Question

is there somewhere a support where we can find a real support ?

As since more as 10 days our group is marcked "inactif" and the only answer from the support is " our engineers are working.. blabla bla" and it seems that it is a robot answer...

You can also try to reach them thru Moderator Central (if available for Yahoo Groups France) or their blog which can be found thru this link for Moderator Central: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/moderatorc...

On the homepage it will have a link to their blog as well that you can post on and further down on the site (if a member) it has a section for reporting technical problems.

sadly there really is no real support. you just have to wait until they get all the glitches repaired
