Problems with sleep paralysis?

ive had sleep paralysis and i heard that if you sleep on your back you will get it. i now sleep on my side but another cause is a lack of sleep and being stressed. will i get it because im stressed and i have only had 5 hours of sleep for the past 2 days? (but i sleep on my side) im worried ill get it because my other ones were SO SCARY!!!!! plz help i dont want another one.
