Problems with sweating too much?

I know sweating is a healthy thing. Sweating a lot is better than not.

However I sweat like ton. I sweat after running a little, Moving quickly in warm areas, and sometimes just sitting for a long time in a car.

This is a problem when Im with girls, or when I don't want to.

Any ideas to limit or hide sweating?

    im sorry there is almost nothing you can do about it.


  2. I sweat a lot too... more than most girls.

    Do talk to your doctor as excessive sweating can be related to health issues.

    In the meantime, for your underarms you can use a product called Drysol. Make sure that you stick to the directions as it can be irritating to the skin. Your pharmacist will have it behind the counter but you don't need a prescription.

    Also, wear looser fitting 100% cotton will help your skin breathe better.

    If you sweat on your back, or chest you can use an antiperspirant... just a thin amount.

    Make sure as well that you are drinking 4 to 6 glasses of water per day. When you sweat you are losing. It will also keep the odor down a bit.
