Problems with t mobile rizr?

okay so i have on of the normal blue rizrs and well it constantly the screen just turns white and it restarts and the phone chargers dont work and now the only way i can sometimes charge it is on the usb port on my laptap it stopped charging on my 360 anyone know why>? but im getting a new one anyway but im just wondering

to fix that you should try taking the battery out of the back and putting it back in. That happened to me too. Getting a new phone like I did is a better bet.
