My 'canon IXUS 70' stopped working on me last night.Well not the camera itself but the memory card. When i deleted the images on the memory i mean all of them,i went to take another picture as i usually do,but it said memory full! it has worked many times before so i have no idea what is wrong with it.

  1. Best thing is to take it to a Canon dealer.

Before that you can try to take some snapps,

despite it is showing memory full sign and see

    if there is any recordings.

  2. When you need to delete ALL the images from the memory card in one go, you should Format it instead of using the 'delete all' function.

You can find the Format feature in the Menu of your camera.

Page 29 of your User Guide says...

"You should always format a new memory card or one from which you wish to erase all images and other data."

It also shows you how to do the format if you don't know how.
