Problems with tv/video combi panasonic TX14GV1 video works fine but cannot tune in to tv just get snow?

original remote been lost so using a universal remote which turns it on and of also works the video but cannot tune the tv in no problems with the aerial checked with other tv they work fine HELP !!!!!!!! PLEASE !!!
