Problems with usb device

Question

hello. I would like somebody to help me.
I think it might be a virus problem but I am not sure.
When I plug something into my usb the screen turns blue. When I turned on the computer with the something plugged in the usb it goes though but it says unkown device, it does not recognize the usb!
it's driving me crazy.
I also notice something unusual in my computer. When I turn it on I see a scree with something like that : partizan root killer kit... can somebody please help me?
