Problems with yahoo 360?

Question

In the last three weeks, I haven't been able to receive invites nor do people receive them if I send them. Also, can no longer send glitter graphics etc to friends mailboxes. The picture doesn't show, just the link to the website.

Is this all part of Yahoo's eventual closure or something I am doing wrong? Thanks!
