Procedure for hosting a commerical website?

What is the procedure if i want to host a commercial website on sole proprietorship basis. Location would be India. Please help. Thanks.

You need good servers (1+1 backup). Good storage system, good server software. Reasonable speed lines. If you don't know don't do it! Why not buy commercial hosting and then sub-let this to your client?

Well, if it's a sole proprietorship you could register the website in your name and count it as an expanse, but since it's very cheap it doesn't even matter.
