  1. From what I do know, very similar to hockey set up. Once a player is in the zone he has 30 seconds for posession, then he has to shoot or pass the ball. Similar penalties and whatnot, power plays are the same idea. Offsides in lacross is also referred to as  front back action/ movement/ variations therein.
