Take the following steps:

1). Go to www.torrentpond.com

2). Search for the torrent you want to download- enter the name in the search bar on the left side of the page & click on the radio button against the torrent engine where you want the search to take place (mininova,meganova.btjunkie, etc.).

3). You will get a list of torrents with the same as you want. Click on the one you want depending on the size & other stuff.

4). After you click, the page will take you to the downloading page & you just have to click where it says"download torrent".

5). A very small torrent file will be downloaded .

6). Open that with a torrent program like utorrent.

I'll start from the beginning.

1) Download a torrent client (http://www.bittorrent.com/ is a good one)

2) Open up the client.

3) Download the .torrent file and open it

4) A pop up in Bittorrent should appear, press Ok

5) Let it download in Bittorent

6) When it is finished, right click the file and click open folder. You should have the files there

Then you go to a torrent search site and find content that you want.  This article lists the most popular torrent search sites and their features:

When you find content that you want, you download a small file associated with the content (the torrent).  Then you open the torrent in your bittorrent client and the transfer begins.

Go to www.utorrent.com.  And learn it.  Basically you download a torrent file which is very low in size (Kb).  Then just open it with the program.  Their website should provide with steps with images.  To download files go to mininova.org.  But this might be illegal.  Go buy original DVDs and help the celebrities get richer!
