me and my husband is planning to move to a rented house near his working space next month.but,the problem is that we have no gas connection.my husband's name is there in the ration card owned by his father(trivandrum itself)...but my baby's and my name is not added yet to that card.it is said that we need a new ration card for a new connection.and it is said that its quite difficult to get a gas connection here.is there any other way to get a connection,as the whole procedure will take months to complete?can we get a connection through id card/voter's card/liscence ?please please give me an apt reply..

My ration card in idukki district due to some unavoidable circumstances so for I am not transfer the ration card to palakkad district .I have got voters Identity card,LIC bond please let me know may i produce theIdentity card & LIC paper to the gas delaer at Nemmara Please inform
