Procedures in case of invasion/nuclear war?

What are we as civilians to do in case of a foreign invasion on US soil? What to do in a case of a nuclear attack? What is the DHS and military's procedure for dealing with this situation? [It would be helpful if you gave a website explaining these.]

  1. 1) No one is going to invade the United States. Therefore is no country on Earth that could even begin to try. Therefore, there are no plans such as you speak of.

    2) In the event of a full scale nuclear war, there are "plans."  However, they are mostly wishful thinking. A nuclear war would destroy civilization all over the planet. Any survivors (debatable) would be too busy trying to stay alive for the next few centuries to worry about anything else. The US--and every other country--would no longer exist as a unified society.

That's assuming any one did survive. Which is debatable.

  3. Always talk and remember both sides have an opinion.      Neuclear weapons result in both sides failing.

  4. Want to be able to do something in case of an invasion/attack?  Try joining the military.  I'm pretty sure they're hiring.
