You'd need to look in a medical/obstetrics textbook.  This has to do with delivering the placenta after birth, which is not a procedure that will be outlined on the internet.

A university library would be the best place to look; hopefully, if you need to know the detailed steps of this, you're a medical student and already have the textbook.

I really hope you're not a non-medically trained person hoping to perform this...there are significant dangers that come with it, and should be done by a doctor or other medical professional.  If it's just for homework, the site above should give you the info that you need.
