Hey! I do have experience with interviews, but not with ones that have been too technical. I have a huge interview scheduled and I was wondering if there are any process engineers with about a year experience (like me) who can give me a few examples of what kind of chemical/technical questions they have been asked?May be a little more about the typical technical questions? Please help me out on this.

Thanks a lot in advance!

  1. Describe (in detail, not generalities) one project where you worked on improving a process.  What happened, and how were you involved?

What did you not like about your last job?

You may be asked about time studies, statistical calculations, FMEA's, DOE's, process validations, and others.  They won't expect you to be an expert, but they many expect you do know what these mean.

Come with lots of questions to ask, extra resumes, and confidence.
