how to become soil through natural disaster such as volcanoes?

soil is made from decomposed or decomposing organic material....like a fallen down tree that eventually disintegrates or leaves that fall and break apart over time.  Soil is not made during a volcanic eruption unless organic material is being decomposed.  Sediment or ash may be deposited which is different from soil

Soils are vastly complex, and organic matter is only part of soil.  Many soils are the result of decomposition of rocks and minerals.  Volcanic ash turns to soil relatively quickly - it usually turns to clay minerals, which are a component of soils.
