I am a United States citizen and I would like to sponsor my father and two sisters, who are 9 and 12 years old, for permanent residence of United States. I know that my father comes under the immediate relative category and he will not have to wait for his visa. However, my question to you is, since my mother has passed away and my sisters are completely dependent on my father, can they also get the green card along with my father? If not, since they all hold 5 years multiple visa to United States, can they spend their processing time in united states while their case get processed? What would be the fastest way to get all three of them here in your opinion, since my father cannot leave the country without my siblings?

  2. Your sisters fall under F-4 and the wait will be at least 11 years.  If you bring your father under Immediate Relative he can petition them and the wait, depending on their citizenship, will be from 5 to 6 years.

Your sisters cannot wait in the United States on their tourist visas.  That's not allowed.
