Processing times for German visa in London?

Hello,

Does anyone know how long the German consulate takes to process a visa application in London? I know the French consulate issues a visa on the spot, so one only has to hang around for about an hour or so.

anyone knows any agency can book an appointment for me, bcz I couldnt get any early appointment for my traveling date on time.
