If you are member of that group, sign in and click Post on the left side of page.  Type your message and click Send.  It will either be posted on the site in a short time or it will have to be approved by owner/moderator.  If it is approved which sometimes takes several days, it will appear on the site then.  If it's not approved, you probably will get a message back telling you it was rejected for some reason.  

If you continue to have problems, send a private email to the group owner.  The list owner's address is on the very bottom of group's home page.

groups often have issues with posting due to a number of reasons. you really need to add more info. sometimes there's conflicts and delays with mail servers- sometimes there's delays with only some groups in Yahoo due to Yahoo, sometimes only Yahoo can fix it-
