Product for with out cruise control?

I was looking for a cai for my dodge durango and on injen it says they have a cai for my car everyhting is peachy but on another website where they sell auto parts they have the same exact part but on theirs it says for dodge durango with out cruise control why?

  1. a cai  (cold air intake) shouldnt have anything to do with your cruise control unless the cruise control is mounted somewhere where the new air tube is going which is doubtful. it shouldnt matter
