Question

Good Morning,

I am a occupational Hygienist at a company based in Johannesburg South Africa.

I have recently had a complaint from an employee regarding her phone.

She is using a Philips SOPHO Ergoline(normal hand held land line phone) and is complaining of sharp ear ache while using the phone.

This could only be one of two things, her ear or the phone.

I would appreciate it if someone could forward me the legal manufacturing standard of this product in order to eliminate the possibility of the phone being faulty and not up to legislative requirements.
