Product to "Thicken" House Paint?

Question

I can save big bucks buying a gallon of paint at a discount store but it is often to thin - Is there a common and inexpensive product to add to a gallon of paint?

believe it or not,baby powder will thicken the paint.

I wouldn't buy junk paint! You cant thicken it up just leave the lid off 4 hours before you paint stir well
