Products for dark circles.?

Does anyone know some products for under eye dark circles that actually work? And they need to be a good deal. No Olay 2 ounce for $40 or anything. And it would be great if I didn't need to order it, I could just get it at a grocery store. And if you know any really affective home remides that would be good to know too.

you can buy concealer to cover it up or slice up some cold cucumber and put it in your eyes for 15-20 minutes.
