Profession?

Hey all...Recently it's been bugging me, but the fact is that the time for me having to choose what I am going to do for the rest of my life is creeping up on me. Anyway, I, like the rest of the world, would like to live a life where I have no financial worries or anything, but without the right job, this will be difficult. Ideally, I would be the head of my own business and have enough money to open up a small pet shop in a town near my home. This is my dream, I just do not know how to get there. Without further adue, my question.

What business would get me the most, or at least a great deal, of financial success? I am open for any and all idea's, and my second question is, if not business, what are some other large income professions that (preferably) do not require years and years of schooling? Please do not list doctor, veterinatian or anything pertaining to, like I stated earlier, an abundance of schooling and funding.

  1. If you want to open up a pet shop, go to work at one.  You'll learn all about the business, and perhaps the owner might sell the shop to you someday.  In the meantime, read books about starting your own business, which you can do at anytime, you don't need alot of education.  You can be pretty successful at business and make a lot of money, you just need to learn how to run one, and you can study that in books from the library and talking to people who own businesses.
