  1. I guess when you say enclosure, I need some more specific info.  Is this like an outdoor run or pasture?  That's not going to be enough room for 3 goats to exercise, play and be comfortable.  For your pygmies' yard, I would use at least a 20x30 yard, and you'll have to supplement with hay, as they won't have much forage.  But space wise, this is enough for them to exercise and not be on top of each other.

Goats are very good at escaping, and I'd recommend using a fence that is 5 feet, or run electric.  Pygmies are good at pushing under or "walking down" fencing and escaping.  You may need to use L-rebar to reinforce the bottem of your fence if using welded wire or chain link.

My standard stalls for pygmies are about 4 x 8 for each animal, but I have a couple of larger stalls (one for a baby pen), and a large indoor common area.  My barn is pretty small (about 20 x 40), but it houses our herd comfortably and leaves me room for storage as well.

Goats don't need a huge pasture, but they do need some space to exercise and play.  Get ahold of an old picnic table or other material for them to climb on, and make sure they have access to the barn during inclement weather.
