Professional asking if anyone has tried the Squier Hello Kitty or Avril Lavigne guitars?

I'm a pro and i'm wondering how bad the Squier Hello Kitty and Avril lavigne guitars are. I'm endorsed by fender, so i'm thinking about getting them to send me one but i don't wanna waste one of my orders on a guitar thats super super S****y, only a S****y one (they can choose not to give me an order for free to me if i've been getting too much free ****, but i get a discount no matter what, but the discounts are better for more expensive stuff that fender wont give me for free anyway). I just thought itd be good to get one or the other or both as a joke for encores etc, playing hannah montana, or avril lavigne or michelle branch covers or whatever after our set is over (which we do alot, we're a slightly poppy punk band). Also, I need to know because i'm not sure if fender will freely give me squiers, cuz its only a subsidiary, in which case i might just buy one. obviously i don't use my endorsement to get free squiers, when i can get a fender standard strat for free. opinions?

I've played both of them and in my opinion they aren't horrible, but in your situation don't waste your discount or whatever you get on it. They are very low action and playable but can't get the clean sound that other fenders have.

One pro to another, And please don't be angry with me...I wouldn't buy Squire anything...only becaue you would get 1 in 25 guitars that are even worth playing. This is just one man's opinion. Go for the real thing.

They are actually not half bad. A guy I know is in a death metal band has a Hello Kitty and he loves it and it's his main guitar along with an original Kramer Baretta. He loves the whole juxtaposition of girly guitar and brutal music.

And the ones I have played haven't disappointed me.

People often just give Squiers a bad rap cause they're cheaper without actually looking into them.
