Proficient Subwoofer S12 - No Power

Question

I notice while watching movies there was no bass. Did the speaker check and nothing. I did unplug the sub and plug into another outlet, just to make sure. Bottom line - No power. What is the checklist I can do to correct this problem or checklist to identify the problem? Thanks
